Help with the18th Century “Buttons”

Does anybody can help providing any information about these supposedly “Buttons”?

“I acquired these in some things from an auction in CT.  The family was French Canadian. I have contacted the museum of London who the finds liaison wrote me to say that they depict a scene of a doctor administering an enema, and the second the patient relieving himself on a chamber pot. Thought to be possibly buttons, unsure of origin but date to the 18th Century. Any additional information would be appreciated as well as some idea of value.

Thank you,
Dena”
